See AllThe Barn The barn has a rustic charm expressed by repurposing nearly all its original materials. Internally it is lined with its old Jarrah weatherboards & corrugated iron & features massive exposed timber trusses and original gantry and dolly. Massive deck & BBQ complement the mood. The Barn is a delightful stay experience for a maximum of 4 people. We welcome children over 10yrs and infants under 8 months at the time of staying . **Please contact us if you plan on bringing an infant**When you wake up you can take in the stunning rural outlook and have a cuppa on the spacious deck or through the huge windows by the warmth of the fire in the cooler months or the air conditioning in the warmer months.With breakfast, coffee, firewood, Kayo, Netflix, all included and no cleaning charge, your stay is made extra convenient and provides great value. This unique event starts at the Boyup Brook Sportsground and makes its was through farms and rivers to finish in Bridgetown. Participants run, paddle, swim, ride on horseback finish by riding their bikes into the Bridgetown Sportsground. People compete in teams mostly but some daring ones do all sections on their own! Everyone takes a well earned break half way through the event for lunch - now how many marathons do that! Its an extremely social occasion put on by volunteers hosted with country hospitality.Come along and participate - whether you enter, volunteer or jst spectate.
