UPDATE. We have just introduced the Barn at the same price as the Cottage!

If there is only 1 or maximum 2 of you staying and you only need one

bedroom and ensuite, get in touch with us and we can close off the 2nd bedroom and ensuite and you can have the spacious barn for the same price as the Cottage. We are still sorting out our booking platform side of things so in the meantime if you would like to take advantage of this offer, call or email us and we will be happy to make the arrangements with you.

The barn has a rustic charm expressed by repurposing nearly all its original materials. Internally it is lined with its old Jarrah weatherboards & corrugated iron & features massive exposed timber trusses and original gantry and dolly. Massive deck & BBQ complement the mood. The Barn is a delightful stay experience for a maximum of 4 people. We welcome children 10yrs and over and infants under 8 months at the time of staying . **Please contact us if you plan on bringing an infant**

When you wake up you can take in the stunning rural outlook and have a cuppa on the spacious deck or through the huge windows by the warmth of the fire in the cooler months or the air conditioning in the warmer months.

With breakfast supplies, coffee, wintertime firewood, Netflix, all included and no cleaning charge, your stay is made extra convenient and provides great value.

Included in your stay are generous breakfast supplies which last most people their entire stay, - fresh homemade bread, milk, butter, conserves, farm eggs, bacon & a generous supply of Nespresso coffee pods and teas. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

• For the benefit of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
• Children between 10 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note we welcome children 10yrs & older. We love kids but our space in not suitable for young children. Reasons for this are: Floor level glass in living areas, and 2.1 metre  glass shower screen doors.  Outside, high retaining walls, and dam nearby,  occasional movement of farm equipment and animals).
